We are almost through our first year of Pickleball at WRC and it is going great! Participation keeps growing, so we keep adding more timeslots and events. See below for current offerings:

Novice Clinic (2.0 – 2.5 Level) 8:30 am – 10:30 am (register)
This clinic is for the player who has an understanding of the basic rules and court layout but have troubles advancing past a 4 shot rally. Participants may be shown variations of court positioning, paddle grip, basic rally strategy and rules.
Intermediate Clinic (3.0 Level) 11:00 am – 1:00 pm (register)
The Intermediate clinic is for the player who understands the strategy, rules and court positioning of the game. These players are ready to be introduced to the soft game that truly defines pickleball from all other sports. Participants will spend time on dinking and 3rd shot drops. A higher level of strategy, shot selection and technique will be introduced.
Advanced Clinic (3.5 + Level) 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (register)
This is a specialized clinic to help develop specific skills for the player who has mastered recreational play and is ready to move onto competitive play. Specific drills are introduced to allow players to practice technique at a much higher level of play. Volleys , smashes and lobs are introduced as well as playing as a team.
Weekly Drill Sessions with local coaches are set to start in late June.
