Terms & Conditions

1. Payment for all services due at time of booking

2. Currency and Sales Taxes

All prices on whistlertennis.com are in Canadian Dollars (CDN$).
Applicable taxes (5% GST) will be added to all prices.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy varies by service:

Private Lessons, Adult Classes & Court Rentals
No refunds for cancellations less then 24 hours in advance of start time.
All other cancellations will be subject to a 15% administration fee.

Adult and Junior Camps
No refunds for cancellations less then 15 days in advance of start date.
Cancellations with more than 15 days notice will incur an administration fee of 15%.

Tournaments and Events
No refunds after the posted entry deadline.
Refunds available prior to the posted entry deadline and are subject to a 15% administration fee.

Memberships & Multi Use Passes
All memberships & Multi Use passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Multi use passes expire one year after date of purchase. Additional terms & conditions for each membership or pass can be found online or by asking at the front desk. It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand the additional conditions related to membership, plan or pass at the time of purchase.

4. Rain Policy

Our facility has 3 indoor courts and we do our best to accommodate all bookings during rainy weather, but some bookings may need to be rescheduled if rain occurs.
In questionable weather, please check-in with the front desk and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Special Consideration

The club manager may choose to waive some or all of the fees described above based on special circumstances or issue a credit in lieu of a refund. If you have a situation that warrants special consideration, please contact us with the details:

6. Release and Waiver of Liability

By registering for Whistler Racquet Club (WRC) programs and activities, participant(s) affirm themselves to be physically sound to participate, recognizing the inherent potential dangers from both unknown and unanticipated risks, whether existing because of negligence or otherwise, in activities carried on at, or under the auspices of the Whistler Racquet Club (WRC) and assuming and accepting the risk thereof.
